About ME
Terysa is a New York City based Equity Stage Manager.
She has always enjoyed theatre even from a young age. In high school, she was part of the drama program but thought it would be better to focus on other pursuits in college. However, during her sophomore year at Central Connecticut State University when a friend asked her to stage manage a student-produced work she felt she discovered something special.
She went on to earn her B.F.A. in Theatre: Technology, Design, and Production graduating in the spring of 2018. Since then she has worked for many different theaters in the northeast gaining experience and building connections.
During the 2020 - 2021 COVID-19 pandemic Terysa was able to pivot into working as the production coordinator for a series of independent educational film projects that are aimed at helping young people with mental health challenges. In the summer of 2021, she returned to live theater and hasn’t looked back since! She made a move to NYC and joined Actors Equity Association.
